- President Archana Gupta has devoted herself towards SHG's formation and smooth sailing of SHGs.She has created good number of SHGs in areas like Naya Bazar, Jagatsingh Pur etc.She is also working on women empowerment by focusing on tailoring & other activities.Her tremendous leading ability has lead towards sucess of VAROSHA.

-Vice President Pratima Bastia has solely dedicated herself towards SHGs formations and has been an active helping hand to our President.We thank her for all her efforts.

- Director R.P. Gupta with his huge experience in feild of education is working on educational counselling so as to show correct career path to students.His selfless efforts are really appreciable.

- Assistant Director Manas Kumar Lenka is an active helping hand to our director in educational conselling and property related fields. .
